Query Exports

General information on query exports

You can have a query scheduled to run on a regular basis, and sent either via email, FTP or written to a specific location.

Components

To set up a query export, you need 2 things:

  • An export account: This defines the destination of the export file, the file naming convention, and the frequency for the export. Exports are formatted as csv (comma delimited) files.
  • A query: This is the data query that will provide the desired results for the export file.
