FedEx was hitting a logjam with a classroom training environment that was both expensive and difficult to manage. The world’s largest express carrier needed an easy to use Learning Management System capable of providing ecommerce functionality to support the training for customers. After looking at several vendors, FedEx chose Ziiva because Prosperity was more user friendly and the most competitive in the market.
